Returns & Refunds Policy — Tiny2Toddler
We want you to love every Tiny2Toddler purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Returns
Because most of our baby clothes ship directly from our international suppliers, we do not accept returns for reasons such as size, change of mind, or color preference.

We only accept returns if an item arrives defective, damaged, or significantly different from its description.

Approved returns must be mailed back to the return address we provide. We cannot accept items sent back without prior approval.
Refunds

Once we verify the issue (defect, damage, or incorrect item), we’ll issue a full or partial refund to your original payment method.

Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
Because of international shipping costs and timeframes, we’re unable to offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, we recommend placing a new order once your refund has been processed.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled only if they haven’t been processed or shipped yet. Please email us immediately at mythermagrow@yahoo.com if you need to cancel.
